The Fix Brief

Your users already told you what's broken.

They wrote it in your app store reviews — thousands of them, unread. We read every one, group the complaints by theme, and send you a prioritized list of what to fix. Every week.

Why weekly

The first report is a photo. The second one is the film.

Anyone can tell you what your reviews say today. What no store dashboard tells you is what changed since last week — and that is the part you can act on.

From the second report onward, each problem carries its own history:

That last one is usually the whole reason people stay: knowing which release broke something, before the rating drops.

How it's built

No language model writes any of this.

Every sentence in the report comes from grouping and counting real reviews — not from asking an AI to summarize them. Nothing is invented, because nothing is written.

Every figure traces back to reviews you can go read on your own store page. When a group of complaints isn't clear enough to name confidently, the report says so instead of guessing a label. When there's no evidence for a claim, the claim isn't made.

That's a deliberate constraint, and it's the reason you can forward this report to your team without checking it first.

How it works

Three steps, none of them yours.

  1. You send your app's store link

Google Play, App Store, or both. Nothing to install, no SDK, no access to your code or your dashboards.

  2. We analyze up to 500 recent reviews

Complaints get grouped by theme, ranked by severity, and tied to the device and app version they mention.

  3. You get the brief every Monday

One page in your inbox, plus tickets you can paste straight into Jira, Linear or GitHub.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you need access to my app or my accounts?

No. Everything comes from your store's public reviews. There is nothing to install and nothing to grant.

What if my app doesn't have many reviews?

Below roughly 40 complaints the grouping gets thin and the report will say so rather than invent patterns. Send me your app link and I'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it before you pay.

Is this just ChatGPT reading my reviews?

No. The grouping is done with a local language model that measures how similar two complaints are — it never writes text. Every title and number is computed from your actual reviews.

Can I analyze a competitor?

Yes. The report can include a section comparing which problems you share with a competitor and which are only yours.
